8th Inorganic
Discussion Weekend
Trent University, Peterborough, Ontario
October 3-5, 1975
Al1 scheduled events
associated with the Inorganic Discussion Weekend will take place on the Nassau
Campus of Trent University on the northern edge of the city. (Map enclosed)
Delegates may
register in the Faculty Lounge of the Science Complex from 9:00 - 12:00 p.m. on
Friday or from 9:00 - 12:00 a.m. on Saturday. Following registration on Friday
evening there will be a mixer hosted by Trent University.
On Saturday evening there
will be a reception in the Senior Common Room of Otonabee College, followed by
a buffet dinner.
The registration fee will
cover the costs of the meeting itself, as well as the mixer on Friday night and
the reception and buffet on Saturday night. Lunch may be obtained from the
University dining halls, snack bars, or restaurants in the city. The cost of
lunch is not covered by the registration fees.
Registration
fees: $10.00 for faculty and post docs.
$7.00 for all others, including spouses of delegates
who wish to attend the buffet.
All papers will be presented in the Science Complex
Lecture Theatre. Papers should be 15 minutes only, to allow for a five minute
discussion between papers. Facilities will be available for the projection of
2" x 2" slides, and for the use of overhead projection
transparencies.
Parking is available free of charge in any of the
University parking lots. If you enter the main driveway to the University, you
may park close to the Library and cross the river via the foot bridge to the
Science Complex. Alternatively, a more convenient route (if you can find it)
would be to get on to the River Road on the east side of the river, and park
next to the Science Complex.

following organizations for financial support.
