1.
Registration
and mixer at Donald Gordon Centre on Friday 8.00 - 12.00 p.m. and 8.30 - 8:55
a.m. Saturday at Duncan McArthur Hall.
2.
Sessions
begin at 8.55 a.m. sharp on Saturday morning, and at 9.20 a.m. sharp on Sunday
morning.
3.
Saturday
oral sessions will be held in Room A237 Duncan McArthur Hall (see map). Poster session after dinner Saturday night
and oral session on Sunday morning will be held in the Donald Gordon Centre.
4.
Poster
size is limited to 3 feet horizontally. The poster boards are 3 feet in the
vertical direction; posters can be a little taller than this if stiff cardboard
is used.
5.
